On July 10-11, 2025, the Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine (URC2025) was held in Rome. Mr. Fabrizio Fiori, a partner of Mashchenko and Partners Law Association, participated in the conference.
It was the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference, continuing the annual series of high-level political events dedicated to the swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine.
Governments, international organisations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities and civil society came together, united by a shared commitment to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine. The participants represented the various stakeholder groups.
Mr. Fiori participated in roundtable discussions with Ukrainian and international representatives of the defence and construction industries.
The conference showed great interest of Ukrainian and foreign companies in cooperation and the government's intention to facilitate the implementation of their projects.
