Vacancies

Responsibilities:

  • conducting client`s cases under the supervision of Senior Associate / Partner;
  • drafting legal advices/memoranda;
  • acting on behalf of the client in commercial, general and administrative courts; the State executive service and different State bodies;
  • correspondence with clients and other parties in the case, state agencies and others.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Law;
  • legal experience not less than 2 years;
  • English language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
  • Fluent PC (applications for word processing, email, legal databases) and office equipment user;
  • communicative abilities, knowledge of the basic etiquette rules;
  • a positive attitude to life;
  • initiative;
  • willingness to learn and improve themselves;

Responsibilities:

  • preparing drafts of legal documents on the instructions and under the supervision of a lawyer;
  • requests on call of evidences preparation under the supervision of a lawyer;
  • searching for information on the Internet and different databases;
  • filing and receipt of documents and information in courts, executive services, other public authorities;
  • filing documents;
  • formation sets of documents for submission to a court or other public authority;
  • correspondence with clients and other parties in the case; public authorities; etc.
  • performing administrative tasks of Senior Associate / Partner.

  • Law graduate or undergraduate;
  • Fluent spoken and written English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian language;
  • Fluent PC (applications for word processing, email, legal databases) user;

Responsibilities:

  • receiving and processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • receiving and coordinating calls;
  • welcoming visitors;
  • working with documents (copying, binding, conversion into electronic form and vice versa, filing, etc.);
  • searching for various information;
  • oral and written translations;
  • supporting Office (purchase office and necessary equipment, contacts with service organizations, etc.)

Requirements:

  • honesty, responsibility, diligence, punctuality, accuracy;
  • knowledge of generally accepted and state office standards;
  • free competent command of Ukrainian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages ​​is welcomes);
